DC-CC Time Frame FAQs
This normally takes about 3 weeks to issue CDC Certificate to commence works.
This can take up-to 6 weeks depending upon complexity of the proposed works.
Works cannot commence until the certificate is issued, this certificate is issued after all relevant information has been provided and meets council requirements. Council will send notification drawings to the properties that may be affected.
